We will evaluate your order weight and determine the most economic method of shipment.

    International and U.S. Returns
    You must call or email us ShimanoDealer@aol.com  for return authorization before returning merchandise by an ground or air carrier. Please contact us in a timely manner if you have a question regarding an order. Please refer to the information provided on your invoice.  Return Shipping expense is the responsibility of the customer.

    For the fastest service, a return should be made within 10 days of purchase and be accompanied by the purchase invoice. Returns after 10 days will not be accepted.  Sorry, no COD returns will be accepted.
