TO ORDER BY PHONE call 1-228-861-5555, Monday thru Friday 9am - 3:00pm CST. We must have a phone number before we can ship your order. You will be advised of actual shipping charges when you place your order by phone. If you order by mail, please send 20% of the merchandise value for shipping and handling. We will evaluate your order weight and determine the most economic method of shipment.
Payment must be made in United States funds (by cashiers check or money order), American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa. Credit Card use is suggested as the exchange rate is automatically calculated.

Duty and any other import taxes are not prepaid. Products over 42" (106 cm) in length cannot ship via surface. Non-insurable orders are the customer's responsibility.

Return and Exchange Information

International and U.S. Returns

You must call or email us CustomerService@ShimanoDealer.com for return authorization before returning merchandise by an ground or air carrier. Please contact us in a timely manner if you have a question regarding an order. Please refer to the information provided on your invoice. Return Shipping expense is the responsibility of the customer.

Continental United States

For the fastest service, a return should be made within 10 days of purchase and be accompanied by the purchase invoice. Returns after 10 days will not be accepted. Sorry, no COD returns will be accepted.
