answer any questions you may have. Our goal is to provide you the best customer
service possible to better serve all your needs with extremely fast shipping.
Most orders ship within minutes to a few hours of check out. If you check
out after 5pm or on weekends and holidays your order in most cases will ship on the next
business day. Orders placed during Christmas and peak fishing season may

discounted prices up to 50% off retail. All products are brand new and have the original box or
packaging. We sell products that
are purchased directly from the manufacturer or our distributors warehouses and come with full
manufacturers warranty on applicable items.

ship world wide and our inventory is offered at a discount to compete in the
global market place.
Availability:
All products
listed on our website, in most cases, are in stock and available for shipping with 2-4 business
days. If an item you have purchased is not in stock with Shimano or
our distributor at the time of your
order our customer service department will notify you. We will send you an email notifying you that the item is on back
order and the expected shipping time. We will give you the option to keep your order in place,
store credit or a full
refund.
If you don't
see a Shimano product listed, chances are we have it available but it has not been
listed on our site. So, please email
CustomerService@ShimanoDealer.com for availability. We are always
adding items so please feel free to contact us with the product information
of the item you are looking for and we will be happy to assist you.
International Orders:
We do ship
products internationally everyday. If your order is below $20 will be ship
your order international air mail with the United States Postal Service.
If your order exceeds our $20 limit and below $40 your order will ship using
either Express or Registered Mail. It will be your option. If you do
not specify we will chose for you. We will send you an invoice for the
additional shipping after you check out and your order is processed.
Express Mail offers tracking of your package. Registered Mail is not
trackable but insured up to $40. Orders placed over the $40 will have to
be shipped with Express Mail with tracking and comes with $100 insurance usually
additional insurance may be purchased. You will be notified by
email of the additional shipping charges and a Paypal invoice for additional
shipping charges before we ship.
We are not
responsible for your order once it leaves our warehouse. We have paid the
shipping carrier to be responsible for your package from that point on.
Please do not file a complaint with Paypal if your order has not arrived.
Please request a copy of the shipping invoice and address from us. We will
be happy to provide you with proof of shipping upon request. We will
provide you with copy of shipping receipt, location item was shipped to, and
date and time order was shipped. If you have trouble receiving packages
you order from the United States please do not order from us without Express
shipping with tracking and insurance. It is highly recommended.
International
orders over a certain amount are held in that countries customs office and
sometimes additional import taxes are due. We recommend that if you are an
international customer purchase under the amount specified by your country to
avoid Customs delays and additional taxes on your imported items.
