If you check out after 5pm or on weekends your order in most cases will ship on the next business day. global market place. Availability: All products listed on our website, in most cases, are in stock or available for shipping with 2-4 business days. If an item you have purchased is not in stock with Shimano or our distributor at the time of your order shipping time could take longer. We will send you an email notifying you that the item is on back order and the expected shipping time. We will give you the option to keep your order in place, store credit or accept a refund. If you don't see a Shimano product listed, chances are we have it available but it has not been listed on our site. So, please email customerservice@shimanodealer.com for availability. We are always adding items so please feel free to contact us with your product needs and we will do our best to fulfill them. International Orders: We do ship products internationally everyday. However, our website does not calculate international shipping charges. We only calculate domestic shipping charges on orders shipped within the United States. International customers will receive a separate invoice with the additional shipping charges shortly after check out. At that time you may request a particular type of shipping carrier and method such as UPS, FedEx or USPS Express shipping with tracking. International orders are shipped using United States Postal Service 1st class International Air Mail if buyer does not request a specific carrier or service. We are not responsible for your order once it leaves our warehouse. We have paid the shipping carrier to be responsible for your package from that point on. Please do not file a complaint with Paypal if your order has not arrived. Please request a copy of the shipping invoice and address from us. We will be happy to provide you with proof of shipping upon request. We will provide you with copy of shipping receipt, location item was shipped to, and date and time order was shipped. International orders over a certain amount are held in that countries customs office. Usually additional import taxes are due. We recommend that if you are an international customer purchase under the amount specified by your country to avoid Customs delays and additional taxes on your imported items.
